WELCOME
As an Educational Support Teacher, Resource, at Hampton Middle School, I will be posting general resources to support learning across the curriculum. I am happy to discuss these resources with you and can be reached at the school at 832-6020.
# 1. Visual organizers to support writing Visual or graphic organizers are helpful writing tools to support idea development and organization. Double clicking on the picture below will open a variety of writing organizers. Each organizer serves a different purpose and may help you to get started on a rough draft of an assignment. For example, if you are required to write details in time order, print off the Clock and try to fill in as many as the sections as you can. If you have an assignment that requires writing supporting details on a topic, try Cluster / Word Webs 1, 2, or 3.

# 2. Mathematical terms When working on Math assignments, you may find it helpful to clarify key terms in your assignment. For example, the meaning of the word "factor" sometimes needs reinforcement . The following link lists such terms in alphabetical order and usually provides interactive practice.
3. Keyboarding Practice. Computers are an invaluable tool for many students. Developing speed and accuracy on the keyboard will support students in middle school and beyond. Click below for keyboarding practice sites.
